General

The 2024 Rad Myco will take place September 26-29, 2024 at Brown Bottle Farm in Mulino, Oregon. 



Fertile Substrate, the pre-RM work party, will take place September 20 – 22.

Thursday: 12 PM – 9 PM 

Friday: 8:00 AM – 9 PM 

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8 PM 

Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1 PM



Everyone must check in during the hours listed above. 



PLEASE NOTE: The registation booth / check-in station is not open 24 hours. If you leave after gates close, you will not be allowed back in until gates open the following day.

No, we do not sell any passes at Rad Myco. All attendees must purchase their ticket before Thursday, September 26. You can purchase a pass here.

There is a parking lot on site, which requires a Parking Pass to enter. All Parking Passes must be purchased in advance as they will not be sold on site.



Upon registering, all ticket attendees will receive a link to a rideshare board to facilitate carpooling.

Please note that the parking lot is a grass field that may be muddy during the time of the gathering.

Yes. All registrants will receive access to a free rideshare board as a part of their welcome email. There they will be able to find drivers or riders, depending on their needs.

Multi-Day Passes include free tent camping, but not parking or car camping. If you’d like to camp with your car, you’ll need to purchase a Car Camping Pass in addition to a Full Pass. Car Camping Passes are limited and allow the ticket holder to camp next to or inside their car. They are only valid with a multi-day pass and do not give access to the event without also purchasing a Full Pass. Only one Car Camping Pass is needed per car.

A limited number of car camping spaces are available on site for an additional fee of $50 for vehicles not exceeding 8 feet in width and 20 feet in length, and $100 for vehicles over 9 feet in width and up to 32 feet in length. Car Camping Passes must be purchased when you register and will not be available for purchase on site. Please plan accordingly.

Hot meal options will be available for sale at The Spitz, the Rad Myco eatery, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day.

Coffee will be for sale in the mornings. Cold drinks will sold throughout the day. And various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available each evening.

There will also be designated cooking areas for campers (please bring your own propane cook stove).

Yes! Rad Myco is an all ages event BUT anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A legal guardian must have proper documentation. No exceptions.

Yes, Rad Myco offers free childcare during all workshop sessions. All childcare volunteers have experience in caring for children.

There will be numerous portable restrooms on site that will be serviced daily. There will also be several composting toilets for attendees wishing to use this alternative bathroom style. Rustic hand washing and drinking water stations will be positioned throughout the site.

A cold shower station will be available for campers. Please bring your own biodegradable soap.

Yes! The Medical team will be on duty. If you need assistance please head to the registration booth.

Rad Myco celebrates freedom of individual expression, and while we love all bodies, this is a family friendly event, so we ask that things stay PG-13.

Consumption of alcohol is permitted and cigarette smoking is allowed in designated areas. All other drugs or illegal substances are not permitted. Anyone caught with illegal substances will be escorted from the event and may face legal consequences. Please see our Policies section to learn more.

Unfortunately, no. To protect the site’s resident animals, Rad Myco has a strict no pet rule. Only documented service animals required for a disability, and that are trained to handle active environments, are allowed. If you have a service animal, please contact us before the event.

Rad Myco is hosted on a private farm which is home to dogs and livestock. We will be able to accommodate a limited number of service animals. If you wish to bring your service animal, please contact spores@radmyco.com prior to registration so that we can ensure there is space for the animal.



If your pet is a service animal, you must bring a copy of your pet’s service animal registration documents. We will not allow non-registered service animals on site.

No. We recommend not bringing items of value to Rad Myco. Rad Myco is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Yes, lost and found is located at the registration booth.

No, single use water bottles are not sold at Rad Myco. Please bring a reusable bottle and refill at one of our drinking water refill stations located throughout the site.

By attending Rad Myco, you consent to being filmed and or photographed, whereas your image, voice, and likeness may be used by Rad Myco for promotional purposes.



Any photography or video taken at Rad Myco, whether in digital or analog format, is subject to a mandatory, non-exclusive license to the Rad Myco for use in promotional purposes. 



Any artwork or performances sponsored by Rad Myco or taking place on Rad Myco grounds is also subject to a mandatory, non-exclusive license to Rad Myco for use in promotional purposes.

Not at this time as the event takes place primarily outside.

The terrain at the farm is uneven and there are areas with steep grading, thus we do not consider it wheelchair accessible. Read more about the Rad Myco site here.

Cel phone reception is crisp and clear for all carriers (as far as we have experienced). There is no public wifi network at Brown Bottle Farm.



Camping

The Rad Myco camping area is multiple acres large and free form. There are no pre-plotted or reserved spaces, though there is ample space for tents of all sizes.

Due to safety, noise, and fire concerns, the use of any portable gas-powered generator in the camping area is not allowed.

There is a designated car camping area that is separate from the tent camping area. You will not be able to park near the tent camping area, nor will you be allowed to pitch a tent near your vehicle. Please plan accordingly.

No, you’ll only need one Car Camping Pass per vehicle. Only one person in the vehicle needs to purchase a car camping pass if you plan to camp with the vehicle. Each adult needs their own Full Pass to enter the event.

Yes, though we ask that you listen respectfully and observe camping area quiet hours of 10PM - 8AM.

No, personal campfires or open flames are not permitted.

Enclosed propane grills can be used in the designated cooking area, but NO open flame or charcoal grills will be allowed. As September is the end of fire season and there will likely be burn bans and dry organic material that can catch fire, we ask all attendees to please observe the rules and regulations set around personal cooking and fire safety.

You will need the digital QR code generated when you purchased your ticket(s). When you arrive at the event we will scan your QR code to check you in. You will then receive a wristband that corresponds to your ticket type. Wristbands must be worn visibly throughout the duration of the event.
