Ticket Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded in the event that Rad Myco is cancelled due to unforeseeable challenges. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a presenter or schedule change, inclement weather, dissatisfaction with progamming, or any other logistical reason.

If you are unable to attend Rad Myco, you can gift your ticket to another person prior to the event, but not on site.

 

Merchandise Refund and Return Policy

Online merchandise sales can be cancelled prior to their shipment for no fee. Merchandise items purchased online can be returned for a refund, minus the original cost of shipping, so long as the item is returned in like-new condition. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. All merchandise sales at Rad Myco are final and non-refundable.
